My wife has been to True North and 231 and said the experience was 100% better. The staff at Holistic is nonchalant and the atmosphere is cheap, like the Radio Shack of spas. It seems like the owners are just out to line their pockets and put as little into the experience as possible. Definitely go anywhere else.

I expected more, I guess, for a massage experience. It was relaxing don't get me wrong. But for $70 I just got upper back massage with very light pressure for a whole hour..I requested lymphatic drainage. I thought whole body would be fit into that time. In the room, there was a rattling noise the whole time. I guess I expected the smells of essential oils and more of a spa experience. I will choose a spa next time.

This review is for Catherine VanTil, the Acupuncture Angel! I injured my knee, and in an attempt to avoid surgery, I went to Holistic Care Approach for Acupuncture. Cat was fantastic, and within a very short period of time, my painful, swollen knee was completely healed! She was also able to resolve some chronic health issues I had been struggling with for a long time, and I am so grateful for her expertise and excellent care. If you are considering Acupuncture, I highly recommend you give Cat a try.....you will not regret it!

I was extremely dissapointed with the terrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my wife on her one day off. I specifically chose this business because they had good reviews. When I called and made my appointment, I asked if it would be possible to schedule a half hour session of craniosacral followed by a half hour of deep tissue massage for $60, as they had hour sessions of each listed for $60 on their website; the woman I spoke to said they would be happy to do it, and would send me a reminder text the day of my appointment. I never received said text, however, I did receive a call a half hour before my appointment (15 minutes before they told me we needed to be there) saying that they only offer hour blocks of each and we would have to choose one or the other. Unsure of what my wife wanted, I said craniosacral. After getting off the phone with them and realizing how absurd it was that they waited until 15 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they could not give me the service they promised, I called them back to cancel. The woman I spoke to was very rude-- even though I was not upset and extremely polite-- and accused me of having made

My massages at Holistic Care have been AMAZING! I've done several 60 minute massages and a few 90 minute massages. They're very attentive to find a suitable massage according to your needs and it's really relaxing from the moment you walk in! You won't see all the busy foot traffic like you do at a salon.
